Alex was born and raised in Sudbury on beautiful Ramsey Lake. He has been a business man his entire working life and has become well known in the Greater Sudbury area. Alex was always known for his ability to bring any situation to a successfull conclusion with a hands on approach.

He learned from a young age the many areas of concrete manufacturing, construction and the building industry and has acquired extensive knowledge throughout.

Alex married Wendy in 1992 and together they built their own home, raised four children and established Naneff Realty Ltd. Real Estate Brokerage.

He is a dedicated, hardworking, professional who is ready to work with you whether you are looking for a home, looking to sell or maybe looking for an investment. He will guide you every step of the way.

Alex' experiences make him an asset in all facets of the Real Estate transaction!

Wendy Naneff

Wendy was born in Sudbury, moved away during her childhood and returned to Sudbury after high school. She started working at 17 years of age in the concrete industry and with her desire to learn, acquired tremendous knowledge, especially in relation to building homes.

Later, Wendy's entrepreneurial spirit saw her dive into a non-traditional business for women, shoe repair!

She closed her Shoe Repair business to stay home to raise her four children.

In 2005 Wendy decided to join her husband, Alex in the Real Estate industry and proceeded to get her Broker's licence.
She is committed, flexible and available to meet with her clients whenever they need her.

Wendy's knowledge and hands on experience makes her the right professional to help in any Real Estate transaction.
